How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for sleep products?
We offer a 30-night sleep trial on most items. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in good condition.
Are your materials eco-friendly and safe?
Yes, Snooze Therapy prioritizes sustainability. All our textiles are OEKO-TEX certified, and our foam products are CertiPUR-US certified to be free of harmful chemicals and toxins.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more countries in the near future.
